He told me that the thermal printers in our ticket vending machines will only take paper ticket stock only .5 mm thicker that the stock we use for our tickets. There is no way a ticket twice as thick as normal would fit into the printers. I also spoke to our Manager of Security and there was a passenger caught recently with a counterfeit ticket that was actually too thin and used the wrong font for the text. No reports of anyone having ticket confiscated for being too thick.\" I encourage passengers to email Metrolink with any questions they may have as they will respond accordingly.
