Recognizing that some Ventura County Line riders may choose not to continue riding after September 12, 2008, Metrolink will provide a full refund of any Ventura County Line September Monthly Pass and Ventura County Line 10-Trip ticket purchased prior to September 13, 2008. Request must be submitted by October 15, 2008.
Download, print and complete the REQUEST FORM and include the ORIGINAL ticket with the completed form. Make copies for your records, and then mail the form and your ticket/pass to the address specified.
